RETURN POLICY

 

You are eligible for a 30 day return period. To receive a refund or store credit, the products will need to be in original packaging, not sampled or opened and need to be in a new, resalable condition. Your package will need to be received and observed first prior to processing your refund.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

 

1. Please ensure you meet the return eligibility.

2. Find your order number.

3. Request for a return by emailing info@glowcare.com.au with the subject line being "RETURN REQUEST *insert your order number here*".

If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

4. You will be informed on return address and information once approved.

Unfortunately at this stage, if the return is for change of mind you will have to pay for the return delivery. If the product is faulty, damaged or you received the incorrect product you will be refunded the delivery cost.
